Glanz & Gloria Models is a model agency based in Düsseldorf. We connect strong personalities with brands, agencies, photographers and companies that value a high-quality, dependable appearance.

What we stand for

We stand for quality over quantity. Every talent is selected carefully and looked after individually. Our aim is to bring brands, agencies and production companies together with the right personalities – authentic, professional and true to the brand.

We work with female and male models, new faces, best agers and versatile talents. We look not only at appearance, but at presence, reliability, experience and the right effect in front of the camera or at an event.

Based in Düsseldorf

Glanz & Gloria Model Management, part of JD Management GmbH, Klosterstraße 20, 40221 Düsseldorf. From here we support productions in NRW, across Germany and internationally.

Over 100 model profiles

Female and male models – every profile is publicly viewable, with images, measurements and areas of work. Not a closed database.

Six areas of work

Fashion (72), Commercial (66), Beauty (58), Lifestyle (50), Editorial (43) and Fitness (15). Multiple assignments are possible, because many talents work in more than one area.

Germany and beyond

94 models are based in Germany, others in Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the USA and Namibia.

Our roster

Our roster holds over 100 model profiles. It is organised by area of work, so profiles can be browsed specifically by Fashion, Commercial, Beauty, Lifestyle, Editorial or Fitness.

The geographic focus is Düsseldorf and North Rhine-Westphalia. Beyond that, models are listed at further German locations as well as in Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the USA and Namibia.

For some of the models, language skills are recorded as well: German and English for 30 profiles each, Russian for 14 and Italian for one profile.

We do not take on every profile. Every talent is reviewed, categorised and only accepted when we can recommend them in good conscience.

2Look after people personally

Models and clients have fixed contacts. We know the profiles we propose and can judge what they are suited for.

3Communicate clearly

Short lines of coordination, direct feedback and verifiable information – including when a talent is not the right choice for a project.

4Think long term

We work towards recurring collaboration rather than the single placement. Talent development is part of our work.
